whats up...Just trying to get some feedback on this split I have decided to try. I am 24 5'8 and 185 LBS...I am lifting for mass do to my suplimintation (SP) I really want to concentrate on my arms and legs so let me know what you think....

Monday

Chest
warm up 3 sets of bench
1.3 sets 4-6 reps
2.DB Incline 3 sets 4-6 reps
3.Cables 3 sets 4-6 reps

quads
warm up squats
1.3 sets of squats 4-8 reps
2. leag press 4 sets 4-8 reps

Tuesday
shoulders
warm up milt press rear
1. 3 sets of 4-6 Miltary press rear
2. Db press 3 seys of 4-6
3. Side raises 3 sets 4-6
4. Rotator cuffs 3x of 8

calfs
warm up
1. siting calfs 3x 0f 12
2. standing 3x ofn 6-8

WED OFF

Thursday
Arms

TRI'S
warm up skull crushers
1. skull crushers 3x 0f 4-6
2.ropes 3x of 4-6
3.I hand pull downs 3x of 4-6

BI's
warm up preaqcher
1.Preacher curls 4x 0f 4-6
2.DB curls 3x of 4-6
3. 2 sets of 21's

FRIDAY BAck/ Traps

Back
w/u pull ups
1. behind head lat pull down 3x of 4-6
2. Bent rows 3x 0f 4-6
3.DB rows 3x of 4-6
4. Lower back

Traps
1. shrugs 4x 0f 10
2. Upright rows 3x of 6-8


I do abs 2x a week when i can squeeze them in.

I usually keep the same split but ALWAYS change the exersizes up every three weeks.

I am on a bulking cycle so keep this in mind when evaluating this routine

Are you training your hamstrings? Also, I'm gonna get ripped apart for this but I'll say it anyway. Train your adductors and abductors. Do lunges but instead of goin straight out move your leg out a 45 degree angle. Also use the "girlie" machine for them. You might wanna get some better advice on the rest of your program.

Good call - missing hamstrings.

I don't see any reason to adduction/abduction unless you are unable to use compound movements.

Leg curls are a must in a leg routine. Do them lying or standing(1 at a time). Also, what are you doing with cables? crossovers? Flys?

whats up fozy,your routine is lacking a couple of important exercises for mass
such as the almighty deadlift and close grip
bench press..i posted a great mass routine for hahah under "training advice" check it out its perfect for mass bro..peace
