My arms are by far my worst muscle group. My chest is my best. However, to get an adeqaute chest workout, it takes so much arm strength and i think it's hurting some of my lifts. What are some chest exercises that are less demanding on the arms?

FlexRich here with some good advice so listen up, Your lifts on the bench will consist of arm movement of course so there is no way around it, but there is one thing you should work out on if you want your lifts to stay consisten and improving, I strongly urge you to work out on the tricep area, this accounts for some of you bench press strength depending where you hold the bar. You could try the hammere strength machine but there is nothing better in the world then free weights, you want results do free weights. Pump those guns up man, you can do it, Psych your self up when you got to the gym, look at the guy next to you and say, I can do more than that, he ain't nothing, competition is what drives alot of guys to get that last rep in. Flex on this for a little while and do it, you won't regret it.

I agree with FlexRich. Work those Triceps. Maybe you could post you weekly routine so we can see problems that maybe effecting your chest. For example, are you working out your arms the day before you do your chest? Something different you can try is pre-exhaustion on the chest. Do your fly exercises before benching. This will help tire the chest out before your arms give out. Try this every couple of weeks.

One way to somewhat lessen tricep involvement is to widen your grip on the barbell. The farther the grip, the more emphasis on the shoulders will be used rather than the triceps. Be sure to bring your arms up. Try to train arms before you train chest in the week to prioritize them so you'll have more energy to put into the workouts.

I do prioritize my arms. They are second in the week. They would be first, but first is Back and shoulders so that they are soar and will aid my arms less. I have problems focusing on my arms when training. I don't have access to a preacher bench. Should I maybe invest in one of those arm blaster things?

forget the preacher bench crap,it does nada for arms.if you want to up your bench you need to work on rotator cuffs, and you need
to do singles and triples on the incline bench press.you cant move up your bench until you move up your incline....
peace bro...
ps.speed work will help too.do 4 light warm up sets of super fast reps...

it seems i read your post wrong i thought you wanted to up your bench.sorry about that.
to answer your question your arms may be lagging because of weak forearms.forget prioritizing bi's start paying attention to the forearms, they are the major source of strength on your arms.start doing forearm work twice a week and your chest workout will hurt no more ....

ps.space apart your arm and back workouts
your over training your arms....
