Bros,

Anyone have a program off hand that trains 6 days on, 1 day off. I also need to concentrate on my arms and lats. I will be on "supplements"

Deadlift performed in a power rack so the bar only goes down to shin level.

Most people won't agree with me here, but try Arnold's routine. He did 6 on 1 off and was likely on gear. Just maybe manipulate the arms and lats abit with extra curls and chins. You should be able to work out twice a day.
