Hey,
I need a good workout routine to build strength in my shoulders, and back. Please help.

you need to focus all you energy around the deadlift.no other exercise builds more upperbody strength than the deadlift.do heavy sets of triples twice a week.also
squat,do power cleans and chins.you back and shoulder will build immense strength from these exercises.
