hey man umm k my diet is the shits right now man. i eat just whatever cause i work outside 9 hrs a day as a landscaper so my meals at work r basically sandwiches and pudding ans shit like that yes its terrible i know. its also so hot and I am never hungry which makes it hard for me to gain weight. so basically we have to construct a diet around that only for 2 more months then I can have a normal diet since work is over then. ummm I am 5'9 170lbs. body fat i am guessing is low under 10 without a doubt. And man I tend to get ance more protein shakes so i try and stay away from them but if I need to i ill use them. so man if u can help me outta this mess it would be a big help k thanks man

ok bro well basiclly your out all day doing work wasting energy and calories so its no shock your not gaining muscle.
the only way for you to get out of this mess
is to start eating plenty of nutrient dense food...
breakfast is a great time for you to get calories in your body so we must start there.
its also one of the only meals youll be around for so its kinda tough but no biggie.

meal one
4 whole eggs with cheese, toast, glass of milk or oj and bannana.
supplements
udos choice oil 2 tbs,and a high potency multi
meal two
high carb bar
meal 3
hero sandwich with plenty of mayo and cold cuts.and big oj
meal 4
pb&j sandwich
meal 5
fruits
meal 6
steak,potatoes,vegetables
2 tbs udos choice oil vit.e 400iu and
vit c 500-1000mg
meal 7
tuna sandwhich with plenty of mayo and tomatoes

before sleep weight gainer powder
if you wake up in the middle of the night i suggest you grab something to eat or drink a shake.
these meals shall be spaced out every 2 hours
they are high in good fat, good carbs and protien.on a diet like this you will definetly put on soild weight and have tremendous energy.ive included a good breakfast which you can eat at home
than i went into sandwhichs and bars through out the day so it will be more convineint for you .than i included a good dinner for your home.i also put some supplements youll be
interested in udos choice oil will provided you with good fats to increase your test levels.and a multi and vitamins c and e for antioxident protection.
if you can follow this you will be fine..
also as a hard gainer dont be afraid of eating junk food chips, fries burgers and such
since your body is in a metabolic frenzy those high calorie foods will help you on your way to massiveness.
ps.do not be alarmed if you put on a bit of b.f its inevitable when pursuing mass.

I seriously love this and hopefully love my body is the next couple years. later man

pay no attention to those 5000 calorie a day diets, those arent for natural bb.they work only on juice, all youll get from those diets is a bigger waist.
im really not sure how many calories this diet is i counted by portions not calories,
but im guessing 3000-3500 a perfect amount for your weight to put on mass with minimal fat.

as far as additional pointers remember these
few basics
#1 dont miss meals.
#2 dont waste your money on supplements invest in foods.all you need is a basic multi, anti ox,and good fats
#3 sleep, sleep, sleep you cant sleep enough when trying to put on mass
#4 drink a gallon of water before training
it will greatly increase performance.
#5 again, if you wake up in the middle of the night grab something to eat.
#6 stay away from thermogenics, theyll slow down your gains
#7 drink plenty of oj..
if i think of more important things ill post em.meanwhile just eat, train, sleep.
sourjerkkkkkkk
ps.eat red meat, its a great way to increase test naturally...
