I like to use the reverse cross over cables, standing and bent over once in a wile. Proper diet will bring out the definition you want. IP: Logged |

For variety try some cable exercises. Cables are great because they keep constant tension on the muscle. Do some standing one arm lateral raises crossing over the front and the back. Try some front raises using a rope attached to a low pulley and pull it between your legs. Like Scotty mentioned, bent-over reverse flys are excellent for the rear delts. One of my favorites is standing reverse flys. You don't see this one done very much. Stand in the middle of a cross-over cable machine. With an overhand grip, grab the high left pulley stirup with your right hand and grab the high right pulley stirup with your left hand. Keeping your back straight, pull your arms down to your sides until they're parallel to the floor. Paus for a 2 count then go back to the start making sure that you don't go too high and clang the weights together. Good luck! ---------------------------------------- Train........................(S)mart IP: Logged |

When bored and in need of new/different exercises I reach for the Bill Pearl book Keys to the Universe for help. He has over 200 exercises per body part. ** Very well written with good pictures. I believe everyone should own this book. It is by far the best one I own.... IP: Logged |
