I like this program, my strength has really gone up and I've gained some wieght too. Here r a few of my strength increases over the past 5 weeks.

Bench: 6x220 to 6x245
Squat: Im embarrased by it so I'll just say it went up 50 lbs
Stiff Leg deadlifts: 225x6 to 275x6
Dbell curls: 6x30 to 6x50
BBell curl: 6x70 to 6x90
Skullcrushers: 6x70 to 6x100
Dbell Arnold Press:6x40's to 6x60's
Shrugs: 6x225 to 6x275
upright rows: 6x80 to 6x100
Incline BBell Press: 5x175 to 5x205

These are the most of the exercises that I do, there are a few others too, but couldn't think of them. I might seem week for my size, 6'1, 219. But I'm only 18 and I think Im progressing pretty well, lets hear your guys' improvements with this program
