This is my 2nd time doing this routine. Last winter I used this and it gave me great strenght gains. It looks like overtraining but it really isnt. I am stronger and have more energy than on a regular program.
Anyways, here it is...
I decided to opt for the 4X per week training.

RAMP 1 WEEK 1
2 MIN REST
Monday
chins 3X 13-15
Bench press3X 13-15
BB curls 3 X 13-15
Calf Raise 3 X 13-15

Tuesday
Power clean and press 3 x 13-15
triceps dip 3 X 13-15
squat 3 X 13-15
leg raise 3 x 13-15
( this workout was fucking rough)

Thursday
Bench Press 3 X 10-12
chins 3 X 10-12
Squat 3 X 10-12
power clean and press 2 X 10-12
bb curl 1 x 8-10
tricep dips 1 X 8-10
Calf raise 2 X 8-10

Friday
same as above exept 8-10 reps.

It is really well planned out.
Next week is 4 sets but with less rest.
week 3 is 5 sets with even less rest.
Than weeks 4-6 is 3 sets with lower reps and longer rest periods.
The goal is to work towards overtraining than at week 4 you lower your reps and add more rest this is when you grow big time.
Your body is adjusting to the increase in work than at its peak the workout drops.

I think so crack rot, but I hate lay offs. I love to train. Love the pump and the pain. if Im gonna lay off it neeed to be because Im going somewhere or doing something else. Not just watch satelite TV untill I go to work, which is what I did today......debating if I will train.

I got a few words for that book....A WASTE OF 50 BUCKS! At first it sounds like it might work, but after a few months I lost strength and size. And at the end of the book, it tells you how to put on 10 lbs of lean muscle in 10 days!...but some of the 10 days you have to eat around 6000 calories with just fruits!!!! give me a fuckin break...you'd have to eat a whole trees worth of apples to get that many calories!

its fine for shocking but don't stay with it for more than 3 weeks. or it will be overtraining. that is why that guy above had bad results.

My strenghth shot up in terms of reps. I think that was due to the fact I got used to the training volume.
I was also on creatine and had a bloated look.
