Hey fellas, what are your goals you wish to accomplish by lifting? Heres mine over a period of time of course... 1. Weigh 200-210 2. Body fat percentage at 5-7% 3. Squat 400+ 4. Bench 300+. 5. Have tree trunks for legs, like my fav defensemen Dan McGillas & Scott Stevens, so my opponents will hurt when I steam roll their ass into the ground. 6.
