Hi can anyone help me, I current do hammer curls and behind the back standing barbell wrist curls fo my forearms(after barbell curls for my biceps) I do about 3 sets of each. I have noticed size increase but my grip strength has not increased proportionally, anyone know whatI can do for grip strength?

you have to work on grip strength, not forearms. you do this with hurcules hold, farmers walk, etc.

Deadlifts, hanging from the chin-up bar for time, any barbell or dumbbell rows that you're going heavy on...you get the idea...if you have to squeeze and hold on, it'll help your grip
