With my ass workin now I don't have half the time I did before to lift. So after looking into HIT. I seen its mroe time efficient and a better workout than most splits. What are HITers programs. I need exercises and all here. I'm desperate for a program/split that'll work all my muscles. Including bi/tri/f-arms. I'll add the cardio in there on my off days and I walk alot at work so that gets the heart pumping. Thanx in advance.

If any of you guys got your splits from cyberpump what number is it? There is a fuckload of them there. Also one more question. When you train, do you train full body of upper/rest/lower/rest?

I'm curious to how you were training before? I just recently switched from a 5 day split to a three day split to accomodate my recovery and my work schedule. I don't follow a HIT routine, but I devised a split that has me hitting each body part once a week with high intensity. I'm doing a push-pull-legs split and I'm including everything(calves, abs, forearms). My workouts are done in 40-50 minutes.

Heres the split I used to do...
Day 1 - Front and medial delts/bi/f/arms/abs
Day 2 - Quads/hams/calves
Day 3 - rest (or cardio)
Day 4 - Chest/traps/abs
Day 5 - Back/rear delts/tri/calves

I forget who I got it from, sorry. It wasn't the split that was bad it was that I work some strange ass hours and when I wake up the next day I have maybe 3-5 hours until I gotta go to work again.

I enjoy doing upper body one day and lower body the next. I can't really seem to get into it while doing only one bodypart a day, and I feel comfortable working out each part one or two times a week. I do lower body on Monday, upper body on Tuesday, Wed. off, lower body Thursday, upper body Friday, weekend off. Plenty of time for recovery, and my workouts are still only 45 mins. to an hour long. I do abs every leg day and every day in between if Im able.
