What is best for a new hardcore weight lifter to do? Either full body workouts (ex. upperbody one day and lowerbody the next) or isoluations of differnt body parts (ex. arms one day, legs one day, cheast one day, back one day) ?

If you're a begginer try doing an intense full body blast 2 times a week...then after a while, switch to a bodypart a day.

I would go with upper body, day off, lower body, day off, upper body, and so on and so on. Then after 2-3 months after you have a solid foundation start isolating the muscles on your workouts.
