does anyone know of any websites where i can buy a good bench at a reasonable price.Im looking for one that has the leg extension and the lat pull down extension.Thanks

Already asked that question. I been sifting through the classifieds for one no luck but I did get one at Wal-Mart for 58 bucks for what you just asked ( you hafta buy the weights sepertly though. )

I got an

Incline/Decline Bench
Leg Press
two Dumbbell stick
Barbell stick

two 17.6 lb weight plates
three 14.8lb weight plates
six 8.8 lb weight plates

all the weights can go on the barbell stick..

I got all of that for $25

good deal, eh?

It depends on what your deffinition of reasonable is. There are some good deals out there but you also have to consider that you get what you pay for.

Approximately how much were you willing to invest?

fitnessfactory.com has some really nice stuff. I bought a bench from them for $179 that has decline, flat, incline and military. With a leg curl/extension attachment. The lat pull down piece is separate for like $79. The have great olympics weights too.

Intense, you read my mind! I just don't know how much the guy wants to spend.

I bought the majority of my equippment from www.fitnessfactory.com also. They have some nice stuff! I got the adjustable bench that adjusts to 15 different positions including decline and it'sllot better than the benches in the comercial gym I occasionally go to. I also have the 1eg extension and the lat pulldown attatchments and let me tell you, as far as quality, their no Kmart blue-light special
