Everytime i train arms i get an amazing pump in my bi's and tri's. I switch my workouts every week(ex. exercise and starting with bi's 1 week and tri's the next). My problem is that i can rarely ever get my biceps sore the next day. My triceps never have any problem getting sore but my bi's are next to impossible. Any suggestions to why this may be happening.

not all muscles get sore the day after. the biceps is a small muscle, and you are not able to break down as much musle cells as in you quads for instance. so the pain will be less.

but dont sweat it, if you make them burn good, and you have problem washing your hair in the shower afterwards, then you are doing it right.

Yeah, my shoulders are like that, they never get sore...but I can still tell they are growing.

my bis and tris are the easiest to get sore, but my back is only sore the day of my workout and is fine the next day unlike all my other bodyb parts.

The only way I can get my bi's sore is after my routine to do about 2 or three sets of negatives. It is the best pump and the next day. They are sore to touch.
