Does anyone have any tips on how to rehab a broken foot???? I broke it playing basketball, and it comes off on the 5th. I have been in a cast up to my knee.. SUCKS!!! Joe

When you get your cast off see if the doctor can recommend a good phyisical therapist,they should have a good plan to get you going.
