You do not have to lift with high reps to get cut. Your DIET is the most important ingredient whether you are getting cut or bulking. Get your diet down, then lift heavy with compound movements. You can lift in the 4-8 rep range and get ripped and still maintain you muscle and strength. You can vary reps also, using 4-6 sometimes, 8-12 others, just mix it up and push hard. You will get ripped if you stay consistent with your diet and your training. Good Luck!
