Quick question, pertaining to cutting up, what is the best way to get cut? how many reps should I do? between 10-15 or higher?

The best way to cut up is to alter your diet. Doing 15 reps or higher will give you nothing but endurance.

Shorter rest periods are supposed to up GH which makes you leaner but it would not make much of a diffrence. If energy in is less then energy out then you will be leaning out.

if you made good muscle gains bulking, use the same training as you were.
