what are some good excercises, besides masturbation (hehe), that will make your forearms really grow. all i've been able to think of is wrist curls but it just gives a pump for a while then goes away and leaves my forearms deflated.
thanks

I said this in a different post. Get a stick tie string in the middle, at the other end of the stick tie a weight. With arm out and elbows locked roll the stick until the weight reaches the top.

I also stated this in another place. do 4 sets of these. hammer curls. wrist curls with palms up then down. it hurts but it works. do 15 to 20 reps per set. and use a bench or your knees to stableize your arms. if you are not getting good results then well something is wrong. mix routine

ya... i just made one the other day. I think the best stick is a hockey stick cuz its square. For the rope, i bought a brake cable. Then just drill a hole through a steel rod(thin) and tie a knot at the other end. This way it's easy to remove or add weights.

They have one of these devices at our gym. IF you start to feel like your wrists are gonna snap off it might be a good idea to quit or decrease the weight lol. My wrists are week and they pop everytime I move them so I just bend my elbows and hold the stick low to the ground as i curl it up. It seems to work decently without snapping my sorry excuses for wrists off lol.

Grab a bar put it behind your back. Hands should be resting on your ass. Leave the bar roll down your fingers and curl it back up with just your fingers NOT YOUR WRIST. Adjust weight as you see fit. 9 to 11 reps.

I personally destroy the forearms with sets of 50 reps at the end of a very heavy forearm workout. 8-10 reps each set. The forearm responds very well to heavy weight. Then I do wrist curls, palms up, 50 reps, then palms down 50 reps... back to back. Extreme pain... incredible pump.
