what do i do?reduce carbs?do cardio>?eca stack wit clenbuterol?
or just eat less carbs---don't want loose gains--but don't like the puffy face and the belly that has come out--!
I'm freaking out--just don't know what to do???
3/week empty stomac morning high intensity interval 20 min aerobics?

or low intensity 45 min--wait one hour to eat/???HEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!!!

I think you know what to do, you already answered your question.Slowly reduce you carb intake, do some cardio in the mornings
about 25- 30 mins, you know the old rule of tumb about intensity,that you should be able to carry a conversation while doing your cardio.Drink plenty of water and look into supplements that help detox your system.Keep the weight training intense and i'm sure you'll return to your norm pretty soon, your probably just retaining a lot of water at the moment.Good luck bro!and dont worry.
