this has been goin gon for a while now after i began working out legs hard) maybe its the little bit of size but i dont know, my inner thighs (where it meets the groin) get sll red and irritated, im guessing its the friction or sumtin, but any ideas what i can do??? OUCH it hurts

Try skin so soft or something to that effect.

Try putting on some baby powder before you do legs,also make sure your what ever your wearing isnt causeing the problem,deturgents and softners can also cause problems on certain areas of the body.

How about slightly widening your stance during squats, or else getting a pair of smaller legs ha.. ha..I usually wear loose cotton seatpants when working out which might help.You have to admit though, its a good complaint to have.Good Luck.
