we have been working out 5days/week have been training heavy! but now at our 7 week of a 6 week cycle testo/deca/primobolan depot here is our work out: day1- -traps---barbell shrugs-4X 6-10 day2 chest inclined bench-4 X 6-10 day 3 rest day 4 legs calves day 5 4 exercises for each day 6 biceps-triceps--3 exercise of 4 sets each day 7--rest should we go back to 4days/week and reduce the set amounts.like for chest instead of 5 sets,doing 4, for back as well? we also want to include some high rep,since we have been high intensity trainning the last 7 weeks--and want to cut down cause a bit fat and water must go---so clenbuterol will start and eca stack,plus 3 /times cardi/week and low carb at night diet are we doing this right to keep it all? thanks! ------------------ IP: Logged |
