I'm admittedly a flabby bastard, but the worst area, noticable when I'm clothed, are my lovehandles. They make me look stupid. I have the rest of a workout plan done, but I can't figure out how to reduce my lovehandles to normal. Is it best to run or is there some low-impact excercise that I can use to make them go away?

Run for half an hour in the mornings on an empty stomach. Do circuit training. And also watch you calorie intake.

we have tons of posts on this subject allready, just make a search and you'll find plenty of information on it.

the best way to reduce your bodyfat is cardio on an empty stomach in the morning, and a low-fat, low-carb diet.

Running is great cardio work done in the morning on an empty stomach and wait 1/2 hour
after to eat. Try to do at least 25 min. I started running when I was over weight and I had problems with my knees because of the extra weight, you may want to use a tred mill or a bike if you have the same problem.
Good Luck

I've been told that skipping or other jumping and aerobic excercises are better. Is this true or are they all pretty much the same?
