the end of the year meaning dec 00? That is 6 months bro. You better bang some roids if you want to acheive that. You could do a couple sus250 and deca,primo,rev-b,ect cycles and you could get there if you eat right and have a good workout program.

honestly, no. in order for that to happen you would have to put on about 35+ lbs of muscle by then. naturally, unless you have superior genetics, a great diet, and train like a bitch... not going to happen. with AS, its certainly possible but you still got to work for it.

For six months, that seems like a bit much. If you plan to do it naturally, I would pick one or the other. You can definitely gain 20 lbs in 6 months with hard work or you could focus on fat loss and bring your bodyfat down to 10% or lower. You might want to bulk up until you hit your desired weight and then cut up for next summer. Just my opinion.

heres a reasonable goal, try to put on 10 lbs of muscle, then lose 10 lbs of fat. if i were you i'd bulk then cut. this is very attainable naturally with a good diet and training.
