I would have to say no, your looking at a 35lb gain in lean muscle and I don't think it can be done naturally in 5 months. But hey don't let that stop you from trying. Good luck and let us know how you do.

It depends on 3 factors.

1. You Training
2. Diet & Supplementation
3. Genetic Potential

I believe it may be possible. I would really work on your diet and try to eat quality foods. Try to have complex carbs and good quality proteins with each meal. Eat 6-8 smaller meals a day. Supplement with a protein powder or MRP 3 times maximum, 4 if you eat 8 meals. I recommend trying HIT methods. When I did HIT, I gained 10-15 pounds in the first 2-3 months of hard training and proper dieting. HIT may work for you, it may not. It's like everything else, trial and error. If you want more info on HIT, go to www.cyberpump.com

Even if you don't reach your goal this year, next year could be possible. Don't rush everything, it'll happen eventually.

It's realistic if you juice. 2 cycles of roids will get you there.

I do not think by the end of the year, but you can sure put a big hole in it in 5 months.

Its possible, but not probable.
