Just wondering where evryone is working out. At school, commercial gym, or at home. If at home what type of equipment do you have available (what equipment would you want)
I workout at my job and also have a full gym at home. I also prefer to workout alone.

I work out at home, usually alone. I have a smith machine, a 210lb weight stack with a high and low cable, dipping bars, a power rack, d.b.'s ranging from 10lbs to 80lbs, over 400 lbs of free weights, a bench that has many levels of incline, also goes decline and flat, a belt that I can attach weight to for dips and chins, and a few various attacments and bars. I love my home gym. If anything, I would want to add more d.b.'s and more plates. And of course a weight tree and another d.b. stand to clean the place up. The only other piece I've considered is a seated calf raise machine.

I lift at a gym. That place is stacked with equipment. 3 weight rooms, 2 raquetball courts, pool, suana, steam room, hot tub, indoor track, room for all cardio equipment. It sounds preppy, but mostly everyone does their shit and leaves. I hate when people go there to socialize.

I go to a gym.Its pretty good too because at the busiest point during the day there is about 8 people in there at the most and its a pretty large gym.As for equipment, there is Nautulis on one side and free weights on the other.

I pump at home, I have nothing special though....just a exercise bike, bench, weights, dumbells, and a preacher bench that I made myself. It's not much but it sure as hell gets the job done.

i go to a hardcore dungeon, most of the equipment is beat up, and no one there is very pretty to look at. However, all the people there are really cool, and the atmosphere is fairly relaxed, everyone there is a regular and have grown to be friends. Also they have 2 seperate racks of dumbells each going up to 150 (which is fine for me right now), it's also open 24 hours a day and the rates are cheap (89 for 4 months)

I lift in my garage. I got a bench press that goes flat, varying levels of incline, 2 levels of decline, lots of dumbbells, about 550 lbs of plates, leg attachment on the bench for extensions and curls, it's got a rack on it for squats and what not, plus it has 2 cables on it that i use for cable crossovers and throw different bars on like a lat bar, rope, and a small straight bar for tricep pulldowns. I can get a damn good workout but I wish I had a calf raise machine. Either seated or standing. I hop up on a board and put heavy dumbbells in my hands and do calf raises one leg at a time. Then I just sit on my bench and throw plates on my lap for seated calf raises. I miss leg presses though. A leg press and a calf machine is all I am really lacking. I'd like to have a hack squat machine too. I'm not to big on machines to begin with so my setup works out real well for me. I need to get some trees and db racks and some more weights and it'll be better.

I workout at a HardCore Gym, well at least it once was. Before we would jam to Godsmack,Metallica,Pantera...get pumped and go crazy. Now some blonde chick was hired and she thinks she is related with the Backstreet boys. All they play now is that, Britney Spears and that other kid crap. Not just that but they took out some benches and replaced with stupid ass cardio machines.

I work out at the Y or the school weight room. And one other comment for the people who work out at home, I think only one said they have a squat rack, dont you guys squat. The most important lift, separates men from the pussies.

My power rack is my most prized possession. I know at least one more guy wrote that he had a power rack. And don't leave out deadlifts. Real men squat and deadlift.
