what?? you cant loose fat cells? explain, i thought that was the purpose of "fat burning"...

the best way to get your abs out bro, is early morning cardio sessions, and a tight ass diet...as im doing now...6 more weeks, and i think i'll have the best abs ive ever had...so far

Got a more specific program MrMuscle? I know early morning is the best time, but how much (food wize) should I count down too, and how much cardio I have a treadmill if that helps?

Mac is correct. You cannot get rid of fat cells. Once you have them, the only way to get rid of them is through liposuction.

I dont think its the same for muscle cells since those are actually living, fat is just dead matter. Dont quote me on this though.

yes, i saw this on a tv program, you cant burn off fat cells they only decrease, the only way to rid them forever is lipo, if you do get a liposuction, you will never gain weight in that area because there are no fat cells for the fats to absorb into.

your genetics is what depends on how many fat cells you are born with, thats why, some people are more lean then others; a good amount of fat cells is added to your body genetically during puberty, to help with growth. and the rest is all up to you
