how many days after you work a body part does it remain even slightly sore?

Mine is only sore for one day, even if i train hard. Is this good or bad?

this is very individual..and it depends on how your training scheduel looks like..the soreness never hits me untill day 3 after the workout..then i get really sore...

i remember when i did a split that made me do the sme muscle group every 7th day...after my leg workout i couldnt walk properly for 5 days..every damn week..but when i moved it down to every 6 day..it just took 2 days..i dunno why..

My bodyparts are usually the most sore 2 days after I train them. Then, depending on the bodypart, it fades in the next day or two. Squats and deadlifts leave me the most sore, but I guess that is because they kick ass!

my body is usually only sore for the first day after, but sometimes when o have a wicked workout, the sore ness lingers for 2.

My muscles are sore a couple days (max) when I'm going hard and heavy for mostly every part except legs. Since I play hockey I train them with much more intensity and do more exercises. They take about 4 days. I don't know what everyone else's reactions would be if they did this. I stretch the muscle group I lifted for, then hit the hot tub, soak for a little while (5-15 min max) and do some more stretching in there. Since I just got the concept and I've felt a difference in how sore my muscles were after lifting. Don't get me wrong, there is still fatigue and some soreness in them, but nothing like before.

This is an individual reaction (If it works for me then its good in my book). If any of you guys have a hot tub in your gym or whereever give it a try and let me know how it turns out.
