Are there any suggestions out there on exercises to tighten and firm the glutes?

Do the stairmaster thing till your ass burns....or if you want more glute muscle...do tons of squats.

if you want to tighten your glutes..do lunges, stifflegged deadlifts, hyperextensions lvl2, and stairclimbing baby..

what you DONT want to do, is squats, not nless you want "Junk in the trunk" so to speak..

I find walking on an incline gives extra work on the Glutes which will tighten them up without expanding them.
