I am looking for some feedback on reverse grip bb rows. I love them and they've really helped my back development. I maintain good form and really feel it working my back. However, as the weights I use continue to increase, I have a growing concern over the exercise's safety in regards to my biceps. Any thoughts on this subject?

Even if the weight increases, if you continue to do the exercise with good form, then there is no cause for alarm when it comes to safety. It's when your form starts to suffer that's when you need to be concern. This is an excellent exercise for the back and if a reverse grip, (underhand) works best for you, then more power to you!

ates use that technique untill he tore his biceps..then he changed to the basic grip..i prefer basic grip..like you said, puts less strain on the biceps..

I find I can pull more weight with a palms-down (overhand) grip than with a palms-up (underhand) grip.
