You should go off the weight gainer, if you want to get leaner. I recommend whey protein isolate. I usually go with protein blends, but I decided to go with whey for a while. I'm going to buy Nytro Whey from Prosource. It's whey isolate and I can get a 40 serving container for 23 bucks. There's also a deal where you can get 4 containers for 80 bucks. That's 160 servings and I plan to use 8 servings a day. That's a good deal. Check Nytro Whey out at: www.prosourceonline.com It sounds like a good product. It has added glutamine, added enzymes and it's lactose free. It's better than most whey isolates. There's a chart on www.prosourceonline.com and it compares it with different whey products and Nytro Whey comes out to be the best. They have good prices at prosource. Good luck bro. Remember, diet is very important. Stick with a good diet and you'll get lean. If you have any questions, let me know. Later. ------------------ IP: Logged |

MaxMuscle: I've been using Nytrowhey for a few weeks. I really like the way the chocolate tastes and buying it in bulk, you get each 22 gm. protein serving for less than 50 cents a pop. It also mixes easily, so if you bring it with you to work like I do, you can just shake it up real quick, no blender necessary. I wasn't sure if Prosource was a very reputable company, but I have had no problems and my gains have been consistent. Good Luck with it. ------------------ IP: Logged |
