I used to use and loved it. Now I prefer to train 5x per week. 2sets per exercise,3-4 exercises per muscle group.

Ive been using HIT training for about 7 months now. Ive been working out consistently for about 4 years. I have gained more weight in the 7 months of using HIT then the 3 1/2 years of doing 10-12 sets per body part. I recomend at least giving it a try. I know some people are totally against HIT training, but you just gotta find what works best for you. good luck

I use HIT methods and I've had great gains. I recommend to those who are interested in HIT, check out some info at www.cyberpump.com

Keep lifting.
