hi i train since three years and my problem is that my arm they dont look like a bodybuilder arms,and what is worsen it is my middle shoulder which is not growing too ,andi cant see the seperation line between the shoulder and bie.other parts r ok ,as per my training i used to do twce a week for each body part but now i am doing each bodypart once a week and do 3 exercise for bie , there r some guys in the gymhving the same problem which i have other side i have a very big calf which is a pure muscle and it is in a good shape,and i train it each 2 weeks one time i do some calf raise ,i know u will tell me genetic ,but i wish i didnt hame muscle at my calf than my arms .any way if any one can help me it is appreciated. yhanks

I'm not too sure I got what you were asking, but here goes anyway. you should post your routine, and diet so we can take a look at it. It could be something as simple as taking out a set here or there.

you may be over training your arms a bit trying to get big but have the opposite. I told some one with the same problem to SQUAT. blow up your legs and your overall symmetry will even out. lots of sources say so. do you eat right. what exercises are you doing and dou you shuffle your routine. help us with details on your workout and we can help you better

hi
as per my workout i do :i do 4 setseach set 10,8,8,8

day 1: chest bench press,incline bar press,incline dumble press,decline bar press,and sometime i change it with deeps.

day 2: legs squad 4 set leg press,hamstring,calf raise

day3:shoulder back press,bent over raise,military press,side raise,upright row ,shrugg

day 4 ressssst

day 5:bie tri bar curl ,dumble curl,hummer
tri ne hand duble ,pushdown,narrow grip press

day 6:back bent row,one hand dumble row,lat machine pull down (back) ,sitting cable row.

day 7 : rest
as i said i do 4 set and reps r 10 for light weight and 8,6 heavy weight

That looks like too many sets and reps for your workouts. Deffinently overtraining. I would lowwer the number of excercises , and the sets to 2-3 per excercise with 4-8 reps. Try to go to a 4 day split to give you more rest days. See if this works for ya.
