Same here, my shoulder, knee, and elbow all crack and pop at times. It only happens with light wieght in warm ups though. Once I go heavy it won't happen

An occasional pop in joints is nothing to worry about. Mostly make sure you properly warm up. Over use of joints could start some forms of tendonitis that have popping sounds associated with them. If popping sounds persist, and you start to feel discomfort in any joints, then rest the effected joints for several days.

My knees crack like a bitch, elbows sometimes too. Its natural but make sure you're not locking the joints when your lifting.

I was always told, that if it doesn't hurt, it's not a problem. If it ever starts hurting, I recommend getting it checked out for any damage in the joint. My left shoulder cracks and both of knees crack when I lift weights. I've been lifting for 8 years and I've been injury free.

If your elbow is cracking, pop it by slowly pushing it out. Pop your knees by quickly twisting them to the side. Hell, I should be a chiropractor.
