Sometimes when I've been working out for 20 to 30 minutes I begin to shake like an out of control vibrator. This is especially true for my legs. Its steadily gotten better since a year ago, but its still a pain in the butt and prevents me from working the muscles to the fullest. The longer I rest, the more they shake.

If you can't exhaust a muscle before the shaking occurs, I recommend doing low volume training. There are less sets, but you use heavier weights. This may help stimulate your muscles more, without having to stop because of the shaking. Try the HIT method. Here's some info.
