Stay away from weight gainers. Invest money into a good MRP or protein powders. I recommend Muscle Link products. Check them out at www.netrition.com

Weight gainers are full of sugar. Sugar is a simple source of carbs. Most of the carbs in your weight gainer, is mostly from sugar. Stick with complex carbs. Like rice, potatoes, pasta, etc. Also, try getting more calories from protein instead of fat. Try this diet. 50% carbs, 35% protein, 15% fat. Example:
4000 calories
500 grams of carb
350 grams of protein
67 grams of fat
