when you guys to skull crushers or lying french presses do you make you arm from your shoulder to your elboq go straight up and down or do you lean them back a little like arnold says to..also when you bring it down where to...your nose of the back of your head.. thanks IP: Logged |

i angle my arms slightly backwards and lower behind my head.I find i get a good stretch this way, and its not as hard on the elbows as lowering to the forehead. IP: Logged |
