i currently started Max-OT and it tells me not to exceed 40 minutes or my natural hormone production will stop and catabolism will start occuring. but its really hard to wrap up you work outs in 40 min. especially when its busy in the gym. makes sence though

Workout time 1 hour to 1.5 max. Though time in the gym may be 1-2 hours depending on whether or not I go to into the steam room or what not.

If your workout routine takes more than an hour to perform you need to re evaluate what you're doing I'm told.

Nothing beats a 2 1/2 hour lift section, you should try it Brumans, you'll be huge in no time. Remember to get plenty of juice going through your system and eat 600 grams of protein a day

About 1 hr. I work one body part per workout, train 5 days a week. I find this works best for me, I get in lift heavy and get out. If the gym is busy and I have to wait for a piece of equipment then it might be a little longer, I never could understand the guys that say they spend 3-4 hours at a time in the gym. If your there to work then an hour is enough.

Until I can pay for insurance for my car I ride my bike up to my gym (good warm up too). Get in lift for the body part I'm doing, maybe go in the pool or hot tub, I was told the hot tub helps lower muscle soreness (don't know if its true, but I lift right and heavy and haven't been real sore). Then I got to drive my bike back home. (pace for a cool down) Factoring in the time going there and coming home, it takes a little less than 2 hours. I made some improvement on my time. I'd make even better progress if this damn heat would cool down.
