Hmm...well, squat is out..i dont know about Stiff legged deadlifts, dont theink they build TO much ass. Lunges is good, old fashion barbell hack squats are nice. Front squat i think is also a good exercise....hmm, anybody else?

I find that if you want big legs you will get a big arse. The better the exercise is for thy mass the better it is at building your arse. I have a 44" arse myself from squating
but it came with 5" more quad.

I heard that doing parallel squats doesn't build up your ass as much as deep squats do. True?

If you don't want that bodybuilding ass, than don't do squats or leg presses. I recommend doing Leg Extensions, All Types of Lunges and the Stair Stepper, by Stair Master. Do cardio on that and your ass will be on fire. It will burn all the fat in your ass.
