I heard from someone that when you wake up and do your aerobic exercise like bike or stairs dont drink water during it and you will burn more calories. Please respond if you really know what your talking about, not what you think.

Water has no caloric value so drinking it during a cardio workout should not have an effect on how many calories you burn. If anything it should help you by rehydrating your body and allowing you to continue on exercising.

Not only will not drinking water during aerobics not help, it will hinder your ability to burn fat. When your body is dehydrated as during aerobics, you can not burn fat.

It also places the body under a greater amount of stress.

No matter what anyone says, drink WATER. Water is one of the most important things that your body needs. Water will not hinder your workout ability. Drink water all day long. Be sure to drink a lot of water before your work out and after your work out. If you get thirsty during your aerobic workout, stop and get a drink. Don't ever let your body get dehydrated. Be sure to drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. I take in about 3 gallons a day. I'm active and I need all the water I can get. Before I used to load up on soda, but ever since I started drinking water (2 years ago), I have more energy and I feel a lot better. Sodas don't help my thirst, they always leave me thirsty.

Soda is a diaretic, that shit dehydrates your ass more than not drinking anything. You won't feel it right away, but trust me it will. Teas, alcohol, and liquor also do that to you too. Your body is mostly water, so drink alot of it. I try to get in at least a half gallon or more a day, I don't know if I could drink 3 gallons a day like Max Muscle or I'd be pissing the day away literally. But when you drink alot of water it gives new meaning to the saying "went through me like water" cause it comes out the same color it did when you drank it down.

Well your right about the pissing part for about 1 to 2 weeks, you gotta piss alot. But after that, your body adapts and you dont have to, I drink about 1.5 to 2 gallons a day, matters what activities im doing. I dont piss that much in a day, I usually sweat it out.
