For football I get up at seven then eat 2 bananas and 2 pieces of dry toast, this seems top be the only thing that i can hold down during my conditioning at 9:00 we run for 45 min and lift for 45 min. also during the workout i can't drink water or else i will get sick, so i get water in my mouth and spit it out then drink some in the middle of lifting, this seems to be the only time i can hold it down. Now i know you guys will be like suck it up and puke, well my thing is when i puke once i can't stop for awhile and i will be sick the whole day. so my question was what do you think i should eat when i wake up at 7 for my 9 workout. also why is it when i drink the water that it makes me sick, shouldn't this keep me from getting sick cause it will rehydrate me

hmm...i know the feeling..but not that extreme..when i do my morning cardio i have to drink water..but i have to strain to get it down.

try to get a MRP or sumthing...you need the proteins.

9:00 is a screwed up time.Too late to not eat and too early to eat normal. What about getting up earlier and eating better?Just a thought.
