Thats the max I would stay at a gym.
I wouldn't try to spend more time at the gym.
I'm usually finished in 45 mins.

It might depend on what type of mood your in. I go in and do my shit, then if I'm in the mood for it I could go do some cardio or chill in the sauna.

The quicker you can get threw a work out and accomplish your work out goal the better one hour is fine as long as you bust your ass.

A good time is between 45 min to an hour. Anything longer is pushing it unless your also doing cardio.

You guys have to be kidding! It's two hours minimum for me. Is there something wrong with me? Am I going too long or what?

Two hours is a bit excessive. Either you are doing too much in one workout or your intensity is lacking.

It's likely a bit of both. I usually rest between 2 and 3 minutes between sets. Is this too much?
