Is it true that if rub the area you are going to lift, in a circular motion, that the fat cells are broken up makin it easier to build muscle there? Is that how those cream scams that clam to reduce fat get away with out being sued for false advertisement?

Ummm, I'm not sure the best way I know to get rid of it is work the heck out of it. Ab crunches, jackhamers, etc. If their is such methods, give us more info about (ex. Links, Online Stores, Opinions, etc.) If any readers know something about it please post some info. Cause I know that's where fat seems to want to stay.

Nope,best way is a combo of diet aerobic exercise and weight training.
