okay i have this "small" problem, or at least i think, im deadlifting quite a bit and used to squat all the time, and from that my but have grown, now i have stopped squating, but i cant stop deadlifting, because i want to compete.

does anyone have an idea how to make the but ook smaller ?????

If your butt has a lot of fat on it, I suggest doing the Stair Stepper, by Stair Master. By doing this, you will burn the fat in your ass and the muscle will remain. You can't really do much about the muscle content. Do lunges too. Happy training.
