I'M TRYING TO FIND SOME EXCERCIZES TO DEVELOPE MY 29"WAIST(PATHETIC)WELL NOT DEVELOPE BUT TRIM I GUESS.MY MEASUREMENTS ARE 36, 29, 36, I'M STILL LOOKING FAT LOWER BODY, I'M BIG UPOPER BODY(BUT NO BOOBS).
SHOULD I JUST DO MORE CARDIO? I DO 3X WEEK 45-60 MIN.DO OBLIQUE EXCERCIZES JUST MAKE THE WAIST BIGGER?I READ THAT WEIGHTED SIDE BENDS ARE A NO NO AND TWISTS ARE GOOD???

Rachann, no lie, I am probably asked this question everyday at least once. Yes ,extra cardio and the usual abdominal exercises do work but the key and I mean the key(main ingredient to lose unwanted fat) is your diet. How is your diet? Whats your usual eating regiment?

BREAKFAST OATMEAL PROTEIN POWDER MIXED IN SNACK NUTS SEEDSW/RAISINS. LUNCH SOME SANDWICH, EITHER TUNA OR TURKEY.SNACK EITHER FRUIT OR V8 OR COTTAGE CHEESE. THEN IF IWORKOUT I'LL EAT AGIN BEFORE USUALLY A PRO BAR OR JUST SOME SKIM MILK. AFTER WORKOUT I HAVE A PROTEIN DRINK. FOR DINNER I EAT 4-6 OZ OF EITHER TURKEY OR CHICKEN SOME VEGGIES AND MAYBE ANOTHER PIECE OF FRUIT LIKE A BANANA. I DRINK 4-6 LITERS OF WATER EVERY DAY AND I INCORPERATE A CHEAT DAY ONCE A WEEK. THOSE ARE USUALLY CANDY OR DOUGHNUT DAYS IN BETWEEN A PRETTY HEALTHY MEAL PLAN. MAKE A DIET PLAN FOR ME IF THIS IS WRONG.PLEASE!!! THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Actually your diet looks good, however, seems like your sugar intake maybe too much but maybe not as well, the sugar topic could go either way. Like I said your diet looks pretty damn good. Try increasing your cardio to 5 x a week for two weeks then jump up to 6 x a week for two weeks. Do between 30-60 minutes of cardio each session and utilize at least two different cardio machines as well. Treadmills, Pre-Core, Crosstrainers, Steppers and Upright Bikes are the best, the recumbent bike is good, however, it doesnt get the heartrate up like the others. If getting to the gym is difficult for 5 or 6 days cardio can be done in your neighborhood, a quick and simple example would be to walk or jog 15 minutes from your home and then return, thats a solid 30 minute cardio workout, maybe follow it up with some high repetition ab exercises, sets of 40-50 get the job done.
