Hey Fellas,
I need help my right side of my back is thicker than my left side. Its only relly noticable if you know what your lookin for, but its driving me crazy! I can feel it alll the time its really fuckin with me mentaly! what can i do? Im using POF every other day split and every other workout i only do one arm rows for my left side, instead of two arm db rows. but it doesnt seem to be workin! help!!!!!!!!
heres my back workout
Behind the head pulldowns 2*8-12
twoarm db rows 2*8-12
(only left side every other workout)
chins 2*8-12
machine pullovers 2*8-12

Help me out guys please i cant take it!!!!!1

The problem is probably far more noticeable to you than to anyone else. We all have one SLIGHTLY bigger (or stronger) bicep, forearm, whatever. You have to train to the weaker arm. I think training one side more than the other in an attempt to compensate is a huge mistake.

I would have to agree with wrlord. I'd recommend doing exercises that train both sides at the same time, so that the weak side works to catch up with the strong side. Doubt they'll ever be perfectly equal, but I think you'll get better results.

I agree. I recommend doing one-arm dumbbell rows or Hammer Strength seated row. These might help make your back thicker. Use heavy weights.
