Im trying to increase my vertical jump. I do Plyometrics three days a week. I jump rope, I jump on a box two feet high with both feet, I sit on the wall, pop ups (from a squat position jump up), and another exercise where I put one leg on a chair and jump up and alternate to the other leg. Is their any other Plyometrics exercises I can do?

Did ya ever see those weird ass shoes that got something added to the front of them. They were on Seinfeld back in that day. They called them Jimmy shoes. They run for about 120. I don't know if they are good or not.

The "jimmy shoes" what you are referring to are called strength shoes. I have a pair and I believe they are quite affective.
There are plenty of exerices to increase your vertical jump.
High knees, butt kicks, quick feet, jumping(try to bring your knees to your chest), bounding, sprinting, carioca, progressions, cone jumps...
