What do you guys think of this chest routine.

Chest-- 2X a week
flat bench press--5 sets- 1st set warmup, 2nd set good 8 reps, 3rd set good 8 reps, 4th set good 3 reps, 5th set 15 reps

incline dumbell press-- 4 sets

chest press-- 3 sets

pec deck-- 4 sets

Here it is.... use it!


incline barbell x3 sets
Flatbench dumbells x3set
Dips x3 sets

If these are done right and ina 4to8 rep range you won't need to hit it twice a week' REMEMBER FORM IS KEY!

Or better yet, use THIS:

incline barbell: 4 sets 15,12,8,6 reps
flat dumbbell: 3 sets 12,8,6
cable crossovers: 3sets 12,8,6

once every 6 day....get big

For putting on size my routine is a bit more realistic oh and i don't count my 15 to 20 rep warmups as "working sets"

i don't know how long you've been working out, but you need to know you can't stick with one routine, change it up every workout, or every other. i don't like your routine, sorry, doesnt look that great.

when i work chest i'll worm up maxing out on bench, i'll do around 3 or 4 sets to get to my max, then after that i'll do whatever. dumbells, dips, flys, just remember, don't over train, that's just as bad as under training....i started doing less and less on chest, and i'm getting bigger because of it.......peace bro..

hehe im not saying your workout is any worse/beter than mine Steelsoldier..im just from the Dorian Yates school..and, well, it seemd to work for him
