I've decided not to go with any type of weight gainer powder, but am thinking about using a protein powder. What do you think is the best brand, anf flavor? I bought some french vanilla shit before and I thought I would throw up from how disgusting it tasted.

Try Pro Fusion or Muscle Meals from Muscle Linc. You can get a free sample packet at www.ironmanmagazine.com

Pro Fusion has 45 grams of a protein blend, 6 grams of carb, 2 grams of sugar, 2 grams of fat and 10 grams of glutamine peptide. This stuff really helps me recover fast. The texture and the taste isn't bad. It's doesn't leave bad after taste. Check out.
