Hello all. A few years ago, I lost about 30-35 pounds by dieting, playing a lot of golf, swimming, and bike riding. However, with this weight loss, the "man-boobs" that come with an overweight man remained. I want a way of exercising to get rid of them. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

it might be gyno that you have and when it comes from being fat then it dont have to be sore all the time, and that can only be removed with surgery, but i have heard about people that had light cases go away with novaldex

ok i can hear you are not her for the a/s talk, well its a really powerfull anti estrogen to make i short, and it is used on a cycle when you start to get the sore tits that means you might get gynomastica.

its pretty easy finding a source cause its not illegal in the us (but is in the country i live in) so just look around, theres a clomid post that is called who can i thrust on the steroid board, it has some good pointers to how you can get it

Before considering doing surgery, try to firm your chest up with weight training, if you haven't attempted that yet. I here are some good exercises. The basic exercise, Bench Press, Flyes and Dips. Parallel bar dips are great. Use high reps.

Thank you everybody for your replies. I'm gonna try the weight training first and hopefully that will work. Once again, thank you.
