I use Max-Ot but I try to incorporate the stretch position and contraction for certain exercises....
ie:
Bench Press 2 X 4-6
Incline Press 2 X 4-6
Incline cable flyes 2 x 4-8
Crossovers 2 X 4-8

Its still the basic principle.

that isnt MAX-OT then. that is basically just POF with lower reps. do you still prefer POF over MAX-OT? i am having trouble deciding between the two.

Max-ot is only a concept of heavy weight low reps 1 body part per day.
That's it!
What are you doing now?
And where did you get your name cackerot?

MAX-OT emphasises efficiency by stating that isolation exercises are worthless and to only use the big compound lifts. not just heavy weight low reps. i dont think incline cable flys and crossovers are MAX-OT exercises. i got my name from my friend, he just started calling me cackerot one day and he has called me it ever since so i decided to make it my user name. he told me he got it from dragon ball z.

the POF principles seem to make sense that is why i am thinking about trying it. i was just saying that it doesnt make sense as far as MAX-OT goes.
